The problem

What needed solving.

Harvest Time International Ministries is a church in Findlay, Ohio.

It needed one site for visitors, sermons, events and the requests that come in for prayer and counseling.

Posting every sermon by hand is a weekly chore, so the site does it on its own.

Sermons import themselves
New YouTube sermons arrive every 15 minutes. Shorts are sorted out and deleted videos come down.

Filters and a page for every sermon.

Each with its own hero art, and a video hero on the home page.
Five forms
Spam traps, rate limits and branded notices to the church.
A 189-field intake
Twelve sections. Staff star answers, keep notes that save as they type, and print.

Ten templates, including calendar invites.
One admin login
Five tabs for what the church staff handles, plus a newsletter with one-click unsubscribe.

Database rules that deny by default and a full content security policy.
