When you fill in the form on our Start a project page, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number and business name
• The kind of project you picked
• Your current website address, if you give one
• Anything you write in the optional message box
• Whether you checked the text message box, and when
• Which page or link sent you to us, such as a rep's personal link, a site preview we made for you, or an ad tag in the address
• Your IP address and browser type when you send the form, as a record of your consent and to stop spam

We use it to reply to you, book a call, and send you a price. It goes into our own sales system, where Mathew and our sales reps can see it. We keep it while we are talking with you or working together, and for our business records after that.

We only text you if you check the consent box on our form or tell one of us on a call that texts are fine. The box says: "Yes, Derelimitless Marketing may text me about my project. Reply STOP to opt out."

Texts come from a real person on our team, about your project. We never send marketing texts in bulk and never use an autodialer.

Reply STOP to any text and we stop. You can also email us and we will stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We never sell or share your phone number, or your consent, with anyone for their marketing.

This website runs no analytics, no ad trackers and no third-party cookies today. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to agree to.

One small exception: if you open a sales rep's personal link, we set one cookie that remembers which rep sent you, for 90 days, so the right person follows up. It holds the rep's name and nothing about you.

If we add analytics later, it will be our own, first-party, and we will update this page first.

Our sales reps log in to a separate site, which sets a login cookie for them. Visitors to this site never get it.

We use a few service providers to run this site. They process your information for us, only to do their job:

• SendGrid delivers our emails, including the email that tells us about your form and the reply we send you.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
• Neon stores our database, where your form answers are kept.
• Cal.com runs our booking page. If you book a call there, Cal.com's own privacy policy covers what you enter.

We use your IP address to stop spam and limit how often the form can be sent. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Email mathew@derelimitless.com to see what we have about you, fix it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law or our tax records require.

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this page, we change the date at the top. A big change, such as adding analytics, gets a note here first.
