Working with us around Springfield
Do you meet clients in person?
Yes. We meet you at your business around Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield and Willard, and in Branson and Joplin after a first phone call. Outside southwest Missouri we work with you by phone.
Which towns do you serve?
We meet businesses in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Willard, Rogersville, Strafford, Branson and Joplin in person, and work with businesses anywhere in the US by phone.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. We have no public office or storefront. We are based in Springfield, Missouri, and we come to you.
Will my business show up on Google?
Every site we build is fast, built for phones and written so Google can read it. The Website package sets up your Google Business Profile, and hosting and upkeep keeps it current.
Where you show up is Google's decision, so we never promise a ranking.
Building, owning and paying
How long does a build take?
A website takes about two weeks. Business tools take three to five weeks. A custom project takes six to ten weeks. An app takes four to six months.
The clock starts when your logo, words, photos and domain access arrive. Late content moves the date by the same number of days.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the last payment clears, the website is yours, with everything built for you. Our shared library stays ours, and you may use it forever.
From day one you own your domain and every account in your business name, such as Stripe or the app stores. We are an admin on them, not the owner.
What does hosting and upkeep cover?
Everything on the Watch list under Hosting and upkeep on our services page, for $150 a month. That is the level every website and business tools job starts on.
Operate adds app and database hosting, email delivery and up to 3 small changes every month. Run adds app updates, same-day response and up to 8 small changes a month.
We reply within one business day, and within four business hours when something is down.
Is there a contract term for hosting and upkeep?
No. It runs month to month and nothing is paid ahead; the terms are under Hosting and upkeep on our services page.
If you leave, we hand over your website, hosting and accounts within 10 business days.
How do payments work?
Your first payment holds your start date. Every paid project can use Pay monthly: a down payment, then 12 monthly payments. The remaining build balance plus 15% is divided by 12, with hosting and upkeep added. After that, only hosting and upkeep remains.
Ready to launch means the site is on a private link and every reported problem is fixed. On Pay in full or Two payments, it goes live once the balance clears. On Pay monthly, the full down payment starts the project and launch follows the agreed build and review process.
I want an app. Where do I start?
Most of what people want from an app installs from your website straight to the home screen, with no app store. That comes inside Business tools and custom projects at no extra cost.
We build native iPhone and Android apps when you need background GPS, a phone widget or the app store badge. An App Store and Google Play app gets a quote with three ways to pay. Larger apps start with paid Discovery.
