The problem

What needed solving.

What we built.

  • All 83 counties, nightly

Collection runs in six timed slices each night, plus a Sunday safety sweep.

  • Notices into clean fields

A parser turns each notice into 12 fields, such as address, sale date and amount owed.

  • Mapped and searchable

Every record is geocoded nightly and shown on a clustered map.

  • A free tier that holds

Ten free reveals a week, enforced on the server. Money fields stay masked and never reach the browser.

  • Subscriptions

Stripe plans, monthly or annual, with proration, cancel, reactivate, card updates and a retention offer.

  • Trial codes

Codes for investor clubs, checked on the server.

  • Owner admin

Customers, revenue figures, support and trial codes in one place.

  • Health checks

If a nightly run goes wrong, the owner gets an email.
